In today’s increasingly competitive academic environment, student mental health, resilience, and holistic well-being have become critical concerns within higher education institutions. Increasing academic pressure, limited social engagement, and inadequate wellness support systems may negatively affect students’ emotional regulation, motivation, and overall academic performance. Recognising these challenges, the Faculty of Accountancy introduced LESKEFact 360, an innovative and sustainable wellness ecosystem designed to integrate sports, cultural engagement, and holistic development into the academic environment. This innovation aims to cultivate a balanced and future-ready student community by promoting physical activity, cultural participation, leadership development, and social connectedness beyond traditional classroom learning. Aligned with the FACT Gap 2.0: 2026–2030 strategic plan and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education), LESKEFact 360 supports the development of resilient, adaptable, and socially responsible graduates. The novelty of this innovation lies in its integrated ecosystem approach, combining sports, cultural initiatives, mindfulness practices, leadership activities, and inclusive faculty engagement under one sustainable platform. Unlike conventional student programmes, LESKEFact 360 encourages active collaboration between students, academic staff, and administrative personnel to strengthen social capital, reduce hierarchical barriers, and foster a vibrant faculty culture. The innovation benefits society by enhancing mental wellness, promoting healthy lifestyles, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and nurturing employability skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Ultimately, LESKEFact 360 contributes towards producing holistic graduates who are academically competent, emotionally resilient, and prepared to thrive in the demands of the IR4.0 era.
