Background: Infertility or difficulty to conceive for married couple is an important issue nowadays as the fertility rate in Malaysia is decreasing in trend. Male and female factors may contribute to infertility problem. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is one of the investigations for female partner to identify the patency of fallopian tube, thus to help in the management.

Problem statement: It is important for the patient to understand the procedure for investigating the factors that involve in their infertility problem. There is not yet available, educative material for HSG procedure with diagram and its detail.

It is presented in an easy and comprehensive with the addition of diagrams for better understanding. It is a hand-held colourful flip card, designed in an A5 size, so that it is easy to carry and can be  placed on study tables for easy reference.

Novelty: This product is it is the first flip card about HSG that available in most public hospital in Malaysia so far.
