Aisya Fadhliena Mohd Kasim Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, Selangor

This study assesses stakeholder roles and social factors influencing visitor satisfaction at Taman Botanikal Melaka. Specifically, it aims to identify the principal stakeholder roles in supporting effective park management, examine social factors affecting visitor experiences and satisfaction, and determine the relationship between stakeholder involvement, social factors, and overall visitor satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using a structured questionnaire administered to 409 visitors selected at the botanical garden. The study evaluates visitor perceptions of stakeholder participation, accessibility, social interaction, safety, recreational opportunities, and management services. The findings are expected to provide practical recommendations for strengthening stakeholder collaboration and enhancing visitor-centred, sustainable management practices.
