Specifically, this teaching aid was prepared to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills which is tangible, concise, realistic, and cost-efficient to support people struggling during swimming. The instructions was purposely shortened, concise, and chunked to ensure audiences were able to understand both verbally and visually. Additionally, this video serve as a avenue for discussion on aspects as well as range of modification can be made in the instructors' instructions, equipment, and swimming area.
